Located in convenient area. Large room. Good breakfast. Staff was able to place our medication in there colder fridge and was able to freeze my gel medical ice bricks. This helped out immensely.
Could have an extra table/bench to place items.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was adequate and very pleasantly delivered to the room.

From the moment I arrived, Dave (I believe that was his name, if not, I'm so sorry!!!) was there with a big smile (even though I was late because I got so lost)! He checked me in, showed me my room, helped me with ordering breakfast, connecting to wifi - EVERYTHING! The staff was so friendly and kind, and my room was super cute. It really was the perfect stay for me, and I'd love to go back the next time I'm in Rome.

Location in the city for Colosseum and lots of eateries.
1.The lift was not working and it was 48 stairs up with two heavy suitcases. An absolute killer in the heat. Had read a review months ago that lift was not working and thought it would be fixed by the time we arrived. 2. Sink also blocked in the bathroom. 3. Receptionist charged me at property (which i was expecting as no payment had been processed. Next day, my card says ‘will be handled by property’. Hope I do not get charged again. 4. Breakfast was not filling enough to set you up for a busy day walking a huge city.
