Location was pretty amazing. I sat on a balcony over looking the Roman forum.
Not bad but different. No desk person or anything. Just text instructions and a quick phone call. I also just texted my passport picture to him. It all worked out great but that gave me a bit of an uneasy feeling while arriving.

The property was central and close to the Colosseum. Close to nice restaurants. The room was modern and very clean. The property manager was very helpful and kind. I would definitely come to stay here again, and also refer friends and family to stay here.

The main reason for choosing this accomodation was the location and also reviews and ratings. It's central and close to the main tourist attractions (walking distance) and also on a street which has a convenience store and restaurants etc. It's fairly quiet despite being in a busy, central location which was good as our room faced out into the main road.
I didn't like the check-in procedure nor did I like the contactless aspect of the stay. Not having a staff present or onsite isn't easy when the door, different codes and lift are quite confusing to use. I thought the rooms were ok, smaller than what I was expecting but did the job. There was a communal water dispenser however it was not easy to use and there were no instructions so was a bit pointless. I also believe by stay included breakfast but this was never explained to me nor could I see where that would have been located.
