The location is perfect and the staff is great.
The Wi-Fi connection could be improved, and there was some noise.

We loved the building with the vintage entrance, marble stairs and wooden elevator. The rooms are nicely appointed, with clean, modern en suite bathrooms. Our host Francesca kept in touch leading up to and throughout our visit and was very helpful with check in/check out. The location could not be better, with the Forum just a block away and the Colesseum just a 5 minute walk. There are multiple metro stations and bus routes close by, making it easy to get around the city, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. This was a great choice for our visit to Rome and we would stay here again!
Breakfast is self-serve in the kitchen, with mostly cold options. The kitchen is very well appointed, with options for making coffee drinks and fresh orange juice, and fresh food is replenished daily. It is a good value! However, if you prefer a more substantial breakfast or follow a special diet, you may be better off skipping the breakfast and choosing one of the neighborhood cafes. We loved Bar La Licata, just a short walk away, which opens early and offers vegetarian and vegan options.

Location was good and the water got hot. Having a balcony was nice too
Was told that I got a view of the Roman forum, which could not be seen even when looking from the balcony. The beds were not comfortable at all; they were extremely firm and made me wake up with a sore neck and back. The room was cute, but I do not feel like it was worth the money I paid whatsoever.
