Location, cleanliness, quick responses from the host
Water flow in the shower could have been improved. Had issues with the air conditioning when we arrived; though this was quickly fixed by the host

Location is perfect! Close to tube station and very safe for a girl solo trip. Close to Colosseum and attractions.

The location is perfect since it is in the city center.
The room had a weird smell from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, opening the windows did not help much.
