    I was very pleased with the apartment, the place was very tidy and clean. The breakfast was good and the overall experience great. Location in Monti was a very good choice.

    clean room, really comfy big bed and nice toilet and shower. adequate facilities with body wash and shampoo (no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers though) nice tv with all the good stuff (netflix, amazon prime etc). great location! walkable to colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain, termini station and a lot of good food and little shops nearby. room was cleaned every day, water replaced every day and towels can be replaced every day. safe is broken though but it was fine for us because we didnt use it. good storage space + closet space. overall would stay again!

    Great location, close to all major sites. Recently refurbished gave it a more clean and modern look. Breakfast was a bit disappointing and lacking. Cleaning staff was excellence in particular one. welcoming and helpful but the management staff was not as good. The remotes management made request delayed. Overall great location nice rooms, good choice.

    We checked in after 5pm and was given the last room they have - The Loft with a queen bed. I am quite picky about bed size so I booked the Deluxe King room 6 months before my arrival. What is annoying was the altitude of the staff insisting that they had "upgraded" us to a suite so we should appreciate. The "suite " is a L shaped room with a long corridor while 1/3rd of the usable area has a glass shower room and the basin. I couldn't open my luggage on my bed side and had to move furniture away on other size of the bed to put my luggage. The room is dated and had a strong smell of air freshener. I warned i would give them a bad review. Finally they moved us to the black & white room - a classic king size bed room as described on their website, on the next day. They finally waived the 2 nights city taxes. Having said the above, I think the B&W room is newly renovated and of good value. So make sure you know which of their 5 rooms you booked, and don't let them confuse you.
