    very friendly and helpful staff. briliant people. we loved them. the breakfast was cookies , croissants , corn flakes, bread butter , jams , coffee, milk, tea.. we lacked fruit or vegetables , but then bought them in nearby shop. our room was small but confy. little bit dark, wall were painted long tine ago. good bathroom. fresh towels everyday, the only thing here was that some days water was not warm enough to have a pleasant shower in winter. in summer it would be ok. we loved the location. it is approximately 15 min walk to colosseum and all bars and shops , romance of Monti is there across the street.

    Maybe I was unlucky but there were to many things that happened at my stay for me to be able to recommend this hotel. When I arrived the guy in the reception talked on the phone for 20min and ignored me. My room wasn't cleaned when I got it. The former guests bed sheets were still on the bed, old used toiletries in bath room. And no Internet. which they said was temporarily broken... The location is ok, but not good. Close to the railway station (why I booked it) but far from most attractions in the city.
