    After staying in 3 other hotels during this trip to Italy - this one was the best, hands-down! Very nice, modern clean facility with a very comfortable bed! Also the location was great! We'd stay there again!

    Staff are very welcoming and friendly especially the person who checked us in. He made us feel so welcome and took time to answer our questions. Our room was very clean. Close to places we want to see.

    In the Monti District of Rome walking distance to the colosseum. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops shops, Gelateras and pizza places. The hotel is modern and very clean. Rooms in Italy are on the smaller side. Had to get two rooms for a family of four. Hotel staff is amazing. Held or bags before checking so we could explore. Arranged ride back to airport. Spoke to taxi drivers to get us where we needed to go in Rome. Housekeeping cleaned my room twice! Safe area, did see a homeless guy trying to break into a car from my hotel Window and I told the staff. But a lot of families with small kids and strollers/babies highly recommend. I would go there again!

    Room was dirty and the AC was completely inadequate for cooling the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was pretty bad for a so-called 4-star hotel.
