Best area!

No elevator was hard for the elderly in my group and overall difficult with our luggage

We had 2 rooms for a family of 5, the Economy Double Room and the Superior Double Room. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The staff gave a nice welcoming presentation.

The rooms were small, not much room for suitcases in the Economy Double. The Superior Double Room had a very bad odor.

The room was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The air conditioning was old and quite noisy. The bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by a wall that was semi-transparent at the top, so turning on the bathroom light during the night could easily wake the other person sleeping in the room.

Property was close to the colleseum and walking distance to central. Bed was comfortable. Easy self check in, Swan towels on bed was a cute touch

There were various structural issues that were hidden in the display photos. Door wouldn’t fully open as it hit off bathroom sink so only one person could go in at a time. Plastic barriers were sealing off the rest of the wall, and a very noisy air con that you couldn’t sleep with on because it was so loud and I am a heavy sleeper, so the room was so hot once it was off. There were no waters in the fridge either on arrival. Definitely not worth €400 for 3 nights but as we are young traveller’s we only cared about sight seeing and just sleeping in the room, still expected more for the price we paid however. Definitely only comfortable for 2 people max. I can’t fault the host and staff they were lovely to communicate with
