The location is excellent for exploring Rome.
The apartment was great for our needs - 2 adults & 2 children 11 & 14. We only needed one night and it ticket the boxes for this. The instructions sent through booking and WhatsApp meant we could access the property easily and without any fuss.
Bedding was clean and bed was comfy. Sofa bed was fine for our two kids. The complementary chocolates was a nice touch. And the bathroom facilities were great with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for us to use.
If you have trouble walking up stairs then you may struggle as it’s 3 flights to the room, this was difficult as we had two large suitcases with us, but we did know this and it is clearly signed before booking.
The property has a few superficial marks etc, they could do with tidying up a few cracks in the walls by the floors etc, but this does not impact your stay!

Its proximity to the colosseum and other landmarks in Rome is unbeatable. The room was clean and recently renovated. All the amenities mentioned are available. I saw a lot of negative reviews before booking this place about not having a lift. It’s clearly written in the description and yet people still complain. Yes it’s difficult after walking kilometres in Rome and climbing 2 stairs. But it’s very common in older cities and buildings.
Nothing really to not like for the price I paid.

Property was close to the colleseum and walking distance to central. Bed was comfortable. Easy self check in, Swan towels on bed was a cute touch
There were various structural issues that were hidden in the display photos. Door wouldn’t fully open as it hit off bathroom sink so only one person could go in at a time. Plastic barriers were sealing off the rest of the wall, and a very noisy air con that you couldn’t sleep with on because it was so loud and I am a heavy sleeper, so the room was so hot once it was off. There were no waters in the fridge either on arrival. Definitely not worth €400 for 3 nights but as we are young traveller’s we only cared about sight seeing and just sleeping in the room, still expected more for the price we paid however. Definitely only comfortable for 2 people max. I can’t fault the host and staff they were lovely to communicate with
