Cleanliness of the room.
I thought it was a hotel but actually it is an apartment converted into 3 rooms. The room had no desk to work from and no ironing board. The hot water was lukewarm. There was no host on site. All communications were done by WhatsApp. I was not able to easily locate the site as there is no signage on the street frontage.
