An excellent base, close to the Colosseum and a short walk to other attractions in Rome. A good sized room with a comfortable, large, bed and host, Barbara, answered any queries promptly and helpfully.
Some noise outside during the day but this is to be expected in a vibrant part of the city. Quiet at night which was a bonus.

The size of the room, location and the building itself, where you can feel safe in the core of Rome. Proximity to good restaurants and key tourist attractions. Staff was helpful in supporting modified checkout times and instructions were clear.
Very noisy due to high traffic streets nearby, but it comes with the location... If you're a light sleeper - "quiet" time is between midnight and 6 am.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! I came for work but the proximity to the sights of Rome and shops/restaurants was very convenient so it helped me see Rome! The room was very clean and my host was very helpful and friendly.
