The AC was weak and never cooled the room.

Great location nice room

There was hardly any hot water not enough to run a bath or only enough for one person to shower fast and then you’d have to wait a couple of hours until you could use the hot water again

For the price I paid it was a fair size.

The check-in process was ridiculously frustrating. First, there was no communication about checking in at an entirely different location. Once I arrived, the note was typed in Italian, so I had to ask someone to help translate for me. Secondly, the location of the hotel was NON-existent so I luckily went into a random hotel and picked the correct one. You all need to do a better job at communicating this process BEFORE someone arrives and has no ability to communicate with anyone.
