Staff was very attentive and helpful. They gave more complimentary water than other hotels we experienced in Italy
It was 100 degrees outside and the AC was broken!!!! Try sleeping in stifling heat. The water temperature was nearly impossible to lock in… on its own it would swing from burning to freezing. The gym had no AC
