Lovely guest house and would stay again.

The guest house was beautiful, absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fabulous! The lady who served the breakfast was adorable.

There was a nasty smell in the bathroom due to a drainage problem. Once the shower was used it was better. Had to find a parking space away from the guest house as not enough room for us to park.

Lovely old house. Big bedroom and nice modern en-suite, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, delicious! Staff were very helpful with information and directions to places and things to do.

Almost perfect!!

Charming hostess. Delightful home and garden, delicious breakfast, very comfy rooms - and twin beds! I’m travelling with my grand-daughter (14) - why do nearly all hotels expect an adult and child to share a bed?!! When did That become an ok thing?!

Sadly although a lovely guest house and garden, it’s on a very noisy ( traffic), and unattractive street. Also only one fish and chip shop, and a below par pub within walking distance for evening meals. Not the fault of the owners.

They have friendly staff, and they let me leave my car there most of the day. They also let my friends keep their bikes in their garage overnight.

The old house is lovely, and well appointed. Breakfast was pleasant.

The bed was too soft and squishy. Our room gavedirectly on the busy road therefore lots of loud mororcycles until very late. I woukd only accept a room on the courtyard side in future.

Great value, conveniently located to city, traditional style B&B

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was well cooked with a great selection. Located on the outskirts of Salisbury, its a 20/25 min walk to pubs and resturants.

Its an older property, so no aircon for hotter summer days. Limited car parking if busy.

Great stay for exploring Salisbury

Excellent welcome when we arrived; room was easily accessible on the first floor. Inspite of the very hot weather at the time, the room did remain reasonably cool. Breakfast was excellent, served quickly, good choice.

Beautiful Place

The room was as described and the breakfast was delicious with good coffee. The shared lounge of the house and decorations are superb and it feels like stepping into a victorian tale. We will definitely return to this lovely place. The owners were so kind and understanding, we felt very welcome.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, comfortable sitting room and large bedrooms. Staff were exceptional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the area and places to visit. Breakfast was freshly cooked using quality ingredients. The house was very clean and tidy. 20 minute walk into the centre of Salisbury. Wide range of good quality pubs and restaurants.

A friendly, warm and comfortable place to stay with a lovely walk into Salisbury through

Breakfast was delicious in a characterful room with soft music playing and our twin room was comfortable and spacious. I had a trip to A&E whilst stopping and our hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The cosy and comfortable guest lounge was most welcome.

Friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. A good location at a great value.

Mark was a responsive and friendly host. He had useful information and helpful advice. His mother was a delight, especially as a server at breakfast. The full English breakfast was excellent. Their house had an Impressive garden. Very convenient location within walking distance of the Cathedral. Spacious living areas downstairs.

Tricky to get out of the parking area onto the main road, especially if you are from the USA and driving on the "wrong" side of the road! It was very hot in the room, even with the windows open.
