there was some rubbish, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, someones vape left. only 4 forks when it sleeps 6

Location was central to queen vic market and melb central train station. Rooms had a great view of surrounding buildings.
It’s not made clear that there is a $495 security bond. Day after the booking it’s still frozen in my account and was told it’ll take up to 4 days depending on the bank I’m with. When we arrived there was hair on the kitchen bench, split system was unusable and same with the blind in the lounge.
