    The location is great, close to all the main attractions. Staffs are friendly, apartments are sufficiently equipped for our stay.

    We stayed in an inward facing "quiet" room. It was quiet enough but we could still hear the sounds form the streets, esp. the tram bell. The room was dark all day, everyday, since it very close to the next adjacent building. Room condition was ok, although it could have been cleaner. Common area like lobby and corridors were even dirtier. Location is great. Close to major tourist spots and public transport. However, very limited services e.g. house keeping is only provided to stay longer than 7 days.
