    do not trust Lumina Stays - Aspire i have stayed at Aspire a few times and loved it but this was my first time booking with Lumina Stays and i NEVER WILL AGAIN i booked a room with balcony / terrace and they gave me a room without one the floors were super dirty you could not walk around barefoot the carpets were dirty and stained there was a huge crack in the wardrobe mirror there were stains all over the sheets and the heater only worked on night 1 the rest of my stay it didn't work and when contacted the property manager only changed the bed sheets nothing else.... no offer to changed rooms to the room i actually booked nothing STAY AWAY FROM LUMINA STAYS only book thru aspire

    The location is great. The facilities in the building is great too. We enjoyed the spa every night. Definitely will book this apartment again when we visit Melbourne in the future.

    This is not hotel or service apt. It is like bnb. The staff very unprofessional, very unmamnered. We stay here 6 nights, there is no housekeeping at all. When we ask for tea and coffee, they just ignored. The matress is old and smelly, the pillows are hard as rock. They request us to throw away rubbish bag, clean utensils before checking out, and we did it. After checked out, we ask them when they refund the deposit, they say tomorrow and I still havent got my deposit. when I asked them for proof of refund and they did not showed me. Im not sure they did refund or not. I dont know why Agoda give them 2025 reward. This is the worst hotel I ever booked from Agoda. They not even worth 1 star. I feel like I being scammed.
