    Crown Metropol was absolutely fantastic. Pool and spa views were great. It was my partners birthday and they had complimtary champagne and chocolate. The beds were amazing and over we loved our room, the views and services.

    We booked the hotel for a birthday getaway. We arrived late Wednesday afternoon, we went straight out to enjoy the city. That night I had a terrible night sleep I was coughing all night my asthma was really bad then when I opened the curtains I noticed all the dust in the room. I’m asthmatic and allergic to dust. Also the bed was supported by a wooden block that had nails sticking out of it. I was so shocked that a Crown Hotel has a lack of cleanliness and general care for there rooms. I complained and was told that they would change our room and give us late check out I don’t think that this was sufficient as it totally ruined my birthday as I spent most of it packing and waiting for our luaage. We had to pack everything again and they would move our bags to another room so we had to on my birthday repack everything. We then went out for the day came back and was told that our luggage was in our room well it wasn’t so we had to wait for the bags to arrive an hour later. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Very disappointing.
