Location was great, close to many shops and stores and tram station. Check in and check out was very easy, simple and clear.

It was located at a very convenient location in Melb CBD. My room was particularly clean and the beds were very comfy. Great place to stay for the price considering it was during F1 finals
The $300 bond deposit was a huge letdown and sending ID and credit card photos felt like a breach of privacy. Poor and inconsistent communication from the hosts

I loved the location of the property but everything else is questionable.
I paid a deposit of $300 and still haven’t received it back been over 7 days. I followed up so many times and still don’t have my money back. I shouldn’t have to do that and especially when in writing I was advised it will be returned post check out. The staff were nice at the time of check in but now getting limited response. Additionally,the living room area was too small.
