The location is perfect, central and close to everything you could need.

The bed was horrible. Myself and my partner stayed for a week last year and loved our stay so booked again when we returned to Melbourne. The bed this time was absolutely horrible, I could feel every spring inside it and both myself and my partner woke up with really sore backs both days and struggled to sleep due to not being able to lie comfortably.

Great place in my opinion, stayed here for 2 weeks, don’t go by the negative reviews on TripAdvisor, the person who checked me in was lovely and friendly. The apartment while not as clean as some hotels, I’ve found to be better than some 4 stars here. For 2 weeks I was given a housekeeping service too. Location was great, amenities were all there. They even gave me an upgrade to a room with a washing machine. Only downside was the heater fan noise but that’s very minor compared to the good things. Don’t go by the reviews and see for yourself. I was hesitant myself but found it to be decent.

Location was great

The host was terrible with communication and not there on arrival. I waited an hour. The bed was very lumpy and has broken springs. The shower has lots of mould.
