Had situation with lift malfunction but this is random.

Host was contactable and onsite when we arrived, the building was secure and also had security on the door. The location was great esp with a supermarket across the road, close to Trams, Queen Vic Markets and a brisk easy walk to the city (even for me!). The building and apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable, stocked sufficiently for what we needed including microwave, washer/drier (also 2 hotplates + dishwasher but we never used).
Only a couple of minor things - The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I like hard beds, but it was like there was no/little padding between me and the springs? And I've never been a fan of the frosted glass walls that separates the living room from the bathroom and toilet - noone wants to see that.

Good location but not great at all.
The room is rotten, signs of wear and damages everywhere. Not a good place to stay long. The shower was awful and there was broken glass on the balcony when we arrived. The staff member had to remove a bag over a smoke sensor used by someone else. They take a deposit but for what reason? The flat is already in bad shape.
