Location was wonderful and views. BWS and woolworths across the road. Train and tram easily accessible. Great to have a separate living space to the bedroom. Very comfortable for a couple and several nights stay. Small additions of salt and pepper/ tea and coffee and washing machine a bonus. Will definitely stay again.
Everything was comfortable. The air conditioning was loud but we turned off at night (might be an issue in summer?). Agree the carpet is somewhat tired/ trip hazard and shower drain is poor but overall a great stay.

Perfect location for Queen Victoria Markets. Comfortable bed. Good value
Toilet Rolll holder was loose and kept falling off. Water all over the floor after having a shower.

Good location but not great at all.
The room is rotten, signs of wear and damages everywhere. Not a good place to stay long. The shower was awful and there was broken glass on the balcony when we arrived. The staff member had to remove a bag over a smoke sensor used by someone else. They take a deposit but for what reason? The flat is already in bad shape.
