Property was in a fantastic location. The view from the apartment was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a short stay. Beds are firm, which I loved! It was also extremely quiet in the building, and being on the 46th floor there was next to no traffic noise either.
A little bit of a convoluted process to collect keys. They were at a store across the road, in a lock box but we didn't receive the full instructions until we had arrived at the property. We had walked from Southern Cross Station so that last bit of running around felt worse than it probably was because we were tired!

Pleasant property overall, nicely decorated. Checking in & out are straight forward following the instructions. Owner very responsive. Central location facilitates visits of the city. Even on high floor, the lift waiting was reasonable for us. The beers in the fridge were a nice surprise. Thank you!
Maybe some tea cups and tea towels would be nicer. The carpets in the rooms need to be replaced, they look a bit used.

Good location
It wasn’t very clean, there were used sponges left wet in the sink rather than a new one. Needed a big clean, not enough towels. Also only one key which was hard.
