Views were really great from lounge and bedroom windows.
Walls had scuff marks on them, the toilet in the ensuite was dirty (black like mould) under the rim, no hand towel supplied for the main bathroom, couch in the lounge room area probably needs to be replaced in the near future, should also be instructions for air conditioner use. My security deposit of AU$500 hasn't been returned to my account. It is now the 5th of March and your transaction went through on the 2nd of February.

No onsite parking, but that easily resolved with many public parking spaces nearby.

The location, view and apartment were very good. Enjoyed a breakfast at the Vic market.
Unfortunately the directions were incorrect and the overall procedure to gain access was awful, causing us to walk up and down the street with suitcases. It was nearly an hour before we got into the apartment.
