Bed being advertised as a double it clearly isn’t when half of the second pillow is hanging off the bed

Location, room was generally excellent except for bed, sitting space downstairs is great for a group.
1. Bed is very small and can only be accessed from one side, this was an issue for our group.
2. Storage of luggage was less than ideal, it is just left in an area that anyone can access, we were told it would be monitored but we arrived, picked up our luggage and left without anyone from reception challenging us or even noticing this. This aspect alone might put us off using this accommodation in future. We were told it would be tagged but it wasn't.

Bed was not comfortable at all. It's also a 4 foot so barely fits 2 adults. It's fine for a couple of nights but no longer
