Modern apartment in a nondescript building. Very close to the historic center. Personal welcome by Franco who showed us around. Home baked cakes in kitchen. Two rooms, one bathroom. Bathroom with good shower and modern bidet.
Parking was always available but it's a bit tight, but Franco very helpfully helped and we got used to it. No lift but the unit is on the first floor so only two flights of stairs.

L’appartement a tout le confort souhaitable et vous vous sentez chez vous. L’emplacement est au calme , permet de visiter Matera à pied et vous donne accès aux commerces. Pas de souci ds parking non plus
Ce serait difficilede mentionner quoique ce soit. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. Il y a une carte de Matera sur la table. Il y a des prises électriques de conversion si vous ne venez pas d’Europe. Il y’a tout le nécessaire pour le premier petit déjeuner
