Massive positive surprise There is no better place to stay visiting Matera No words to describe view from balcony. Definitely will come back

Fantastic view of the city with a location right in town, making it easily accessible and walkable everywhere. Matera is beautiful and we spent a happy 2 days exploring the city from this very handy location. Host was very friendly and kept in constant contact to make sure everything was okay. We found instructions to the property extremely easy to follow.

Position and the view from the balcony were awesome. Amenities are excellent as well. Staff were excellent to deal with.

Great location and great view from the bedroom balcony

The management company is not maintaining the apartment well. When we arrived, at least 1 of 2 mini-split AC units was working fine. But the mgmt company had previously scheduled an AC repairman to work on the AC units. Work started while we were in the unit. We were promised that at least 1 of 2 units would remain functional. But the repairman ended up disabling both units for some unknown reason. This is during near 40 deg C weather! After complaining, the mgmt company did credit us back a portion of our rental fee. But other items in the unit were non functional - including the sleeper sofa in the living room and the main burner on the stove-top. There are plenty of other, smaller items in need of maintenance too,
