It is very well located on top of Sasso Caveoso just below the piazza Giovanni Pascoli. It has 2 balconies overlooking the Sasso. Very clean and good breakfast with fresh croissant and focaccia, yogurt and fruit juices as well as coffee.

Location
Nothing really. Maybe an iron/ steamer but no big deal

Two bathrooms, near the taxi stand , location but could be very noisy.
People hung out in the area near the door, laughing and talking loud for long period of time in the late evening.
The showers are awesome , overhead rain shower, detachable hose, and water jets. However, the downstairs shower needs attention: shower hose holder is broken and some molding.

The location, and the layout, the terrace.
We had no hot water for two days. In a location that is known for hiking, it is hard to skip a shower. Our hostess said she would send someone, but no one came. She was unresponsive to texts and calls and did not adjust our price.
