I had a truly excellent stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equiped for a single person. There were lots of options at breakfast, the cooked to order was great, and the owners were very kind in accommodating my dietary requirements and request for a slightly earlier breakfast.
The only minor thing which could be improved is sound proofing between rooms as I could hear my neighbours tv.

It was nice to be greeted with a pot of tea and a scone. The house is nicely appointed and very clean. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was excellent.
Cup of tea on arrival was welcome.
Because its up a long private drive, sat nav directs you past it. Better sign on the road would have made it easier to find, but it wasn't too difficult.
