Beautiful location with many activities to do, all kinds of food options both for breakfast and other meals. Great clean and freshly renovated rooms and fantastic view to the forest.

The location is fantastic, integrated to the Retezat, with trails starting at the property. The restaurant is very good, both breakfast and for other meals. About the staff I would like to say few words about the waitress Ama, she is very kind and competent and her pro active way of doing things was remarkable. I really appreciated her attitude towards the customers.

The room where we’ve been was the simplest one available at the property, it’s thought comfortable and big enough. The toilet ventilation is not good, there was no hair drier, no additional pillows and there are no curtains in any room, if your room faces the entrance, it’s very bright as there are lights on all night.

The staff were very helpful. There is also an inside playroom for children in the main building.

We were kind of surprised we didn't get accommodation in the main building. It would've been nice to know we will be hosted in one of the secondary buildings. The mattress on one of the double beds had bad linting which made it very difficult to sleep on (it's like sleeping on tiny grains of sand). We finally flipped the mattress on the other side the second night and on that side there was no linting. The food at the restaurant is good but not amazing. There is no outside playground for children. The inside playroom has plenty of toys but most are broken and in bad condition, with the exception of the building blocks.

Noise, the rooms are not properly isolated and you can hear people on the holways or other rooms. In general looks like it need some maintenance.
