Breakfast was superb. The location and security were excellent. The staff went above and beyond, even late at night. There was a warm, friendly, family-like atmosphere throughout the stay.

The view to the citadelle of Deva from the room, the noise from the trains. The room was spacious.
Hotel Wien is located on a big street with industries, far from the center. The building has seen better times, the hotel lacks investment, breakfast was rather poor. No juice, just some kind of lemonade. Some cut white bread, a bit of cheese, salami. The bed was supersoft - who likes it, likes it. Definitely not a 4 star.
