Incredible location and so comfy.

The location couldnt be more central with a stunning view of the beach from the breakfast room. The bar food was so nice and all staff were so welcoming snd helpful. Any query was resolved in an instant!

One small thing was the shower went on a off hot water to warm and back to hot again. Minor issue.

Thoroughly charming property; even more charming staff.

Room was huge, comfortable with great view of Kilkee shoreline. Staff was phenomenal! Oeifa greeted us and was even more charming and impressive than the property. Our server at dinner was Irina; also extremely friendly and professional.

Charm but with some issues

Great location. Oozing charm and warmth! The staff were friendly. The attached restaurant/bar had great food and drinks. My room had updated and modern bathroom amenities.

The carpet in the room needs a deep clean or replacement, definitely off-putting and looks bad. The mattress in the room left a lot to be desired, it felt like an old busted spring mattress with all kinds of dips.

Well run efficiently and friendly hotel with personal service without being invasive.

Good choice of cereal/fruit juice and toast etc. The full Irish breakfast was of excellent quality served on a hot plate.

Limited choice of tea varieties, but my request for hot water and lemon for the earl grey tea was cheerfully and promptly met.

Great stay in a great area.

The overall building, furnishing, and layout was very nice. The bar and restaurant area was very good and the food was also very good. Staff was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home.

The carpets in our room were quite worn out. It’s in need of new carpeting. It did not feel very good on bare feet.

One of our best visits on our 4 month European holiday.

Breakfast was great, the room was good for us and the staff were excellent and helpful. The view was good and the easy access to the main street, beach and walks was just what we wanted. The bars nearby were good as was the weather when we were there.

Great location and modern rooms

Room had modern/fresh decor and we could see the beach from our two windows which was really nice. Easy to find on street parking outside. Walkable to the beach and many pubs. Staff were polite.

Curtain rail wasn’t attached so fell off when we tried to close the curtains (we reported this the next morning so it could be fixed). En-suite was very small, but ok for a short stay. Just lacked somewhere to put shower gel etc when in the shower - had to put everything on the floor or balance it on the taps. Avocado at breakfast was inedible as wasn’t ripe enough. Not really much choice for vegans. Restaurant/bar downstairs was extremely busy and noisy - could hear it from our room til around midnight.

Lovely spacious room with view of the sea. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Please put the soap in a dispenser so it’s easier to get. Also a light where the tea/coffee facilities are would be helpful as it’s a bit dark.

The town itself felt a bit 'depressed' - (not as lively in spirit as it might have been, given its beautiful location.)Most of the restaurants were closed when we visited.

Perfect location. Amazing rooftop room. Lovely views of the beach. Close to restaurants/bar. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious.

Wifi was a little slow for streaming but that wasn’t a big issue.
