The location of the hotel is great. Cafes around and restaurants downstairs. Breakfast served was good even though the selection was the same everyday I did enjoy the food.
Staff were nice, polite and welcoming.
The aircon did not work in the room which made the first night sleeping there a bit hot. Even though it was cool outside, since I did not open any windows, it felt hot. However, the staff offered a fan to compromise for no air con.
When booking the hotel, the description said mountain view and unfortunately there was no view. There were building opposite the windows which then made me kept the window and curtain closed all the time for privacy.
