Room was road facing with external shutters which couldn't be closed... would have liked to shut out lights. Noise was low though.

the AC wasn't working and it was hot. if u open the window u smell gas/petrol as the hotel is right on top of a petrol station.

Comfortable but too expensive for what it offers

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. You can get to the lake, commercial center and train station pretty easy (around a 15 minutes walk).

Despite being advertised as having a parking, in fact you have to pay 9CHF / day to park there. The door from the bathroom does not close and has gaps between it and the frames, which brings the intimacy to a low level. The breakfast only has 2 type of chese and 3 type of salami, a few jams and some butter. This can get very upsetting if you have a long stay and will have to eat the same breakfast every morning.

The hotel is in central location, walking distance to many restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. Super easy and fast check-in.

Surprisingly quiet, very clean, budget hote.l

This place is functional. It's clean and has all that you need in providing a clean bad and shower to use. As a Brit I was pleased to see the UK channels on the TV. Not always a given even in more expensive hotels.

Check in was getting to be tricky. Read everything carefully. Also, somewhat the location of the breakfast room evaded me until I saw sign, by chance. It would be really useful to include this information in the room, along with the TV guide. The bed wasn't quite comfortable enough so while I booked an overnight stay to avoid an early morning, I still have an early morning! Such is life. Breakfast was severely limited for choice.

Check-in machine wasn’t working properly. We tried 3 different cards until finally a 4th card worked. Our other cards were working with no problems before and also after we stayed at the hotel so clearly there is a problem with the machine which delayed our check-in and made the process quite frustrating.

Many thanks to the receptionist, we were checking in on Sunday which the self-service hotel staff was supposed on weekend holiday, but he still come specially for assitance us to check in. Super nice guy, really appreciate him!

Great for early risers.

Easy to check-in and out, all fully automated. Although I had the simplest room, it was quite large, also the bathroom. Bed was comfy enough. When my laptop charger didn't fit the socket, they brought me a solution within minutes.

Mandatory check-out at 10am. Should've read the small-print. I'm a night owl and a late riser, I expect 12pm check-outs as a norm, not a luxury. That will prevent me from coming back, actually, which is a pity because everything else was great.

Staff-free hotel.

The breakfast was simple but fine for me.

This is a staff-free hotel. You meet nobody on check-in or check-out. Somebody lays out the breakfast and somebody cleans the rooms, but that is the deal. I needed a place to sleep for the night, so this served my purposes well.

Noise, hot and not too clean.

THe location is convenient and the self check in is easy and good. There was a friendly gentleman who helped me to open the garage door ( i think he works for the hotel)

1) The noise: It was a hot day, there was no air con (not even a fan) and opening the windows at night was impossible as the traffic from the highway was so noisy. 2) Dirty toilet seat (hair on the seat, yuck) and there were many small flies in the shower and near the bed...(yuck again)
