The staff were amazing, truly enjoyed my stay and the onsens were amazing, definitely a gem in Kusatsu Onsen.

This venue has very good hot springs, 3 private hot springs are available for use by anyone. They have a free use lounge that serves different snacks throughout the day.
Booking system for private hot springs wasn’t really explained but we figured it out. It’s a first come first served basis. It’s a bit far from the main area in Kusatsu but they have regular free shuttles to an from the bus terminal. Note that the shuttle bus doesn’t have the hotels name in English so you ll need to look at the logo to confirm. The tourist info counter at the bus terminal on L1 has the timetable.

Our first onsen experience and it was lovely. The room was incredible and the staff very helpful and kind.
The food didnt really hit the high standards for Japan.

Large property with overall good onsen facilities
Prefer proper wester bed instead of futon. Breakfast is also too basic for this US$500 per room price.
