Perfect stay in Les Gets

The facilities are amazing, the location is perfect as you have the option to ski in or just a very short walk to the lift. The staff were brilliant, we travelled with a toddler and the staff were so helpful. The spa and sauna/pool areas are perfect also.

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. The Spa is amazing. Very clean and great facilities. The staff are really helpful, the hotel is beautifully decorated, great rooms. Breakfast was a buffet with loads of choice. Dinner was nice - very French cuisine. Smaller portions but the food was beautifully presented.

Maybe a second food option for dinner ? But really nothing to complain about. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely little hotel, a delight

Hotel staff couldn't do enough for us to make sure our stay was comfortable. Its a lovely hotel in a great location and was perfect for our needs.

Les Gets gem

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities and very handy location to Les Gets village. Our upgraded room was very clean and comfortable and decorated beautifully in a modern, yet alpine fashion. The pool was excellent too. We'd definitely stay again.

Why is this fantastic 3 star not got a 4th?!

Everything was amazing: food was fantastic, the service friendly and professional, spa facilities very much appreciated after a day on the slopes. Location is good too - 5 minute walk into the centre. Or, a 1 minute walk up the hill (and down at the end of the day) for ski out/in.

I'm struggling to think of something we didn't like... so I'm not going to force it.

The views from the hotel are lovely, and the leisure facilities are good.

The receptionist spoke in very fast french and made no allowances for our poor understanding. We paid for a bigger room with a balcony, which we did get, but with a view of the car park and noisy neighbours. We went out for the evening and got back to find everything locked up, even though it was only 11:30. We had a lot of difficulty getting in. Our ' Luxury ' room was very small, and although fine for us, if you stay here over winter, with ski attire, it would definitely be a struggle.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

Location was ideal for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Bar lounge area was very cosy and comfortable. We were on half board, breakfast was absolutely fine, dinner was really good. The rooms our party were allocated were all very comfortable.

Fabulous quiet hotel and Spa. Great location - not far to walk to everywhere. This was a return visit. Super skiing for the family. The Village is lovely too.

Top notch!

The SPA was small, but great! The staff was really nice and helpful. The restaurant had a good choice of 0,375 wines. Parking was available as well as closet for skis. If you have the skis you can hit the slopes / return to hotel from slopes ~30 metres away from hotel entrance which is a really good perk once your boots are on :)

If you're with kids and plan to have dinner at the hotel, double-check the menu or be prepared for no pasta scenario. Me and my wife liked the food, but my kid would've preferred something simpler. Not critique by any means, but something to be aware of for parents. Sometimes kids just want pasta, especially after a day at the slopes :)

A lovely stay in a beautiful alpine village.

The location of the hotel within the village is excellent. The staff looked very smart and were very friendly.

We were allocated a small double room, we have stayed there previously so was a bit disappointed with the size of the room, the bathroom and separate toilet were small.
