On balance - a good hotel in a great location.

Noisy - could hear guests on the same floor entering and leaving rooms. Also, for 3 persons the room was very cosy!

Fabulous, clean apartment with comfy beds in a great location

The owner was wonderful and very accommodating. The apartment was very clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the sauna & hot tub facilities and it was an added bonus that slippers & dressing gowns were provided. We also appreciated two en-suites and an extra toilet. The bar was great with lots of games & good food. The reception area is very cozy & welcoming. The location was really good for access to the lifts, shops & restaurants.

The property is perfect, the only thing I would beware of is that if you are a party of 6, two for you will sleep in the lounge and it’s a tight squeeze to get you all round the table but we managed fine.

A wonderful hotel where nothing was too much trouble.

The team and Edith were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and i loved to be able to cook my own bacon and eggs for breakfast. I enjoyed a swim in the outdoor pool and spent time in the sauna and jacuzzi. The beds were extremely comfortable and the studio spotlessly clean.

Beautiful hotel with refreshing pool in Les Gets.

Cracking hotel, full of character, gorgeous rooms, super location, lovely pool and welcoming owners. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (can fit 6) - it was very comfortable for a family of 4. It was all immaculate. They also have a lift which was very useful as I recover from knee surgery.

Our only niggle isn’t about the hotel itself, but a very loud extractor fan above one of the neighbouring restaurants which did spoil what we hoped would be an enjoyable evening or two looking at the stars from our balcony. If booking, I’d recommend asking for a room at the front of the hotel to lessen the impact.

Great family-friendly hotel in a central location in Les Gets :)

Great hotel with a superb location just in the center of Les Gets! Everything is close by: shops, restaurants etc. Our kids loved the pool especially. The games room/bar was a nice bonus, although we didn't use it that much due to the weather being so nice outside. It was our 10th year wedding anniversary so the hotel surprised us wonderfully with a bottle of sparkling and some sweets.

The only downside was the noises from the street during the night.

The set up for breakfast could be better. More than one or at least a faster and more efficient coffee machine would help. More space needed to prepare food as self cook as well as self service

Close to the centre and the lifts, good rooms.

Pleasant Bar Hotel in old town area. The rooms have a balcony and are reasonable spacious. Small kitchenette, large fridge and dishwasher included. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern and well maintained. The cleaning staff come each day and are excellent. The Hotel is within 5 mins easy stroll to the main lifts. Breakfast was more than adequate and the options were good. The bar attached to the hotel is the main hang-out for the locals and chalet staff.

Evening food option is limited to tapas in the bar area. Not the cheapest option but a lot more value than many - the rooms were good and the location was central.

We had a very nice stay in a cozy room at a great location in Les Gets.

Authentic, friendly and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and the kids loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very nice owners and friendly staff.

Great location for all resort with family rooms with kitchenette , good hosts and good value.

Hotel is in a great location for all resort facilities. OK size rooms and very useful kitchenette. Bar downstairs is handy and great if you want to play board games. Edith is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that . Was sorry we didn’t have swimwear as outdoor pool was open and looked steaming hot and inviting in the snow :-) We found it very comfortable and would happily book again .

Road side room was pretty noisy if you are a light sleeper . Bar downstairs ,taxis collecting in early morning and deliveries - but we did have our window open for some air so I’m sure it wouldn’t be so bad for others .

A well placed quirky Savoyard property with friendly and helpful staff and great facilities.

Arrived to find Hotel bang in the middle of the old village which was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and the Hotel was typically Savoyard but quirky with great facilities and a good spread for breakfast. Free underground parking was available but our VW van was slightly too tall but most other cars will fit including SUV's

Amazing hotel with an amazing location, spacious room, great amenities and friendly staff for a good price.

This was “bang for buck” the best hotel I have ever been to. The location is amazing, staff ultimately friendly, room perfectly clean, big toilet, well equipped kitchen and the additional amenities such as pool and jacuzzi are great after an intensive bike day. Bike room is well protected with code secured doors. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay at this place. Will definitely come again.

Shower doors in the shower cabin were mounted quite high (a lot of room underneath) and water was splashing around the cabin easily. Additionally it was pretty hard to wash hands as the tap is really short in the toilet sink.
