A great place to spend a biking holiday!

The coffee was not on my taste. And that the breakfast area didn‘t offer omelettes just boiled eggs🙈.

Good but dissapointing at the end

The staff is nice, the room well decorated although the bathroom a bit old, can be better for a 4*. It would be helpful to have a iron and iron board on request in the room instead of having to go to the ironing room with your clothes, not very practical or great in a 4*. The location is great and with view on the mountain, great restaurant as well - the homemade dessert buffet is great.

The breakfast was chaotic.. no organization no host to guide to a table, worst, the breakfast options were quite limited for a 4*, no warm dishes (scrambled egg or bacon), only boiled egg, charcuterie board, some pastries, bread, most of the platters were empty and we had to request for refill to staff when it was at 9 (breakfast ends at 10am), tables were not cleared.. In all the breakfast was quite disappointing for a 4* it resemble more like a breakfast of a 2* . The staff of the restaurant is good but can be lacking, we had to request for bread with our meal 3 times, before they brought it over we were half way through the dinner, and same with coffee.

The breakfast no way fabulous as projected. Very few items and mostly with sweet tests. Being a vegetarian I would have loved to have salad, cucumber and something warm (for ex. Rosti). The natur yogurt was over soon too.

We did not able to use Spa, this is open only 4 hours. (15.30-19.30) My husband and friends wanted to use spa after L’etapeditour 09/07 and that was reason we chose this hotel, to got to spa 7-8pm and paid more for hotel. Also rooms do not have aircondition, so in summer rooms are hot and it is hard to sleep. Check out time very eraly.

Definitely the place to be in Les Gets!

We really loved the location of the hotel and the Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. I requested an extension of our check-out because our son was still having fun in the Game room. The staff willingly obliged. We are already thinking of going back there next year. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The bar closed early in the evening. We came back from Alta Lumina at around 11:00 and there was no one at the bar anymore, although the guests were still around. The other issue we had was in the restaurant La Biskatcha. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. My husband asked the young lady who served us wine what time would our dinner be served, because we waited 45 mins before our Starter was served. We were just concerned that the main dish would take as long to arrive and we had an appointment to catch. The response from the young lady was a bit arrogant. But, she was the only one who behaved that way, the other Service staff were very kind and friendly.

Did i mention kids?

The location was great and so were the spa facilities but when you pay £500 a night you expect something good.

it was not worth the money pure and simple, then you add on top the noise and the amount of kids, it was a bit mental. Kids are kids and make noise, i should have done better research before but if you stay then you must love those sweet little bambinos - can i say that? oh well. Cleaners also start well early so if the kids don’t get you rest assured there is a backup plan.

good location, good restaurant

bedroom very small - needed refurbishing- wardrobes require rethinking no shelves in one. bathroom shower step in then step down could be a danger for some. overall a great disappointment for the price

Hotel with positives and negatives - probably more 3.5 star.

Excellent location (if there’s snow!). Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nice bar - plenty of room but also snug. The standard room, although dark and a bit dated, had a great shower with fantastic water pressure.

We found the room dark and a bit dated. The room was also very hot at times but there was no way to control the radiators in the room. The spa area was nice but pool had 2 broken lights sitting on the side and the jacuzzi was out of order. Sauna and steam room also closed between 1230 and 1530 which was not ideal as Les Gets had no snow when we were there. Shower in the spa was also not working. Overall, not great for a 4 star hotel.

Very nice old-fashioned hotel, with a great location. Very good restaurant in place. Small playroom, but rather for toddlers than for the bigger kids. Nice swimming pool (but a little bit cold).

Our room required refreshment (walls and floor, as well the bathroom were pretty used, but still acceptable). Neither air-conditioning, nor a small refrigerator in the room, which would be very much expected for this price.

great hotel but too early checkout and spa issues

nice staff and good rooms fantastic pool ( when opened and cleaner not in operation) food was really good location is exceptional easy parking as free car park 50m away

jacuzzi closed for maintenance spa only opened after 15:30 to 19:00 pool was still being cleaned when should be opened no coffee in room need to check out before 10:00!!

Beautiful hotel, the staff seriously went above and beyond to help us- we had some unique requests travelling with a 4 month old! Location is great, pool and spa superb, rooms spacious with lovely balconies.
