The staff were more than excellent, and the bar was a great place after skiing. We went late in the season, so it probably wasn't as lively as it usually would be though. Great location, and clean rooms. Good sized spa pool, but didn't really use the saunas.
We'll definitely stay again next year.
There aren't too many negative points really. If I was to be pedantic, the breakfast was great, but the cooked part was a bit on the small side. However, it made up for itself in other parts, e.g. tea/coffee selection.

Breakfast was extraordinary - a real delight every morning.
I would have liked it if - per a certain number of nights booked - a free access session to the pool and spa area would be granted.

Location was amazing.. minutes to the town and to the lifts. The atmosphere was great.. lovely staff, bands playing in the bar. Breakfast was fab. It was lovely and clean. The decor was stylish and cosy.
The room was sweltering so I didn’t sleep well the entire trip. We had to sleep with the window open blowing a breeze. The room was also very small - the kids bunk beds were centimetres from our bed. I also thought having to pay for the use of the Spa was very unfair.
