Everything! Clean, staff friendly and couldn’t help more, the breakfast was amazing! They had a bank on a few nights of the weeks. But for me the staff just made it amazing! And the spa, what a lovely extra to have! Just amazing

The room was amazing. Modern, wide and very clean with a beautiful view. I would like to thank Vicky at the reception for all the help she gave me to accommodate my needs. She is a lovely person and very helpful

A luxury intro to alpine summers of mountain biking and hiking.

Loved the location and style of this alpine hotel. Super family room. Free car park next to it. Free use of the spa. Relaxed feel to everything including breakfast.

Pool table is a great addition but room needs finishing to make it more useable. It would be good to have the option to not have room cleaned/new towels - would be more eco friendly especially as we only stayed two nights.

A truly delightful stay with incredible breakfasts, warm hospitality, and outstanding service

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast — a perfect combination of a buffet and exquisite signature dishes made by the chef. Every morning felt like a new culinary experience, and I was always full and, more importantly, everything was incredibly delicious. The staff deserve a special mention as well — they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and truly professional. A special thank you to Valeria, who was always available to answer any questions and helped me navigate and get oriented in Les Gets — her support made a real difference during my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, with great attention to detail in both service and design. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with amazing food and top-notch hospitality.

Quick stay overnight after our original accommodation fell through.

It was a last minute booking but the staff were great sorting our late check in. The decor was fantastic and we wished we were able to stay a bit longer!

the room didn’t have sufficient drawers, wardrobe space. the only common area was small and the whole place looked as if it had been furnished from a junk shop. the breakfast prices were ridiculous.

Wonderful stopover, best nights sleep I've had in ages, enjoyed the cozy bar and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was a real treat too!
