The hotel was fantastic. From the food, cocktails, restaurant, spa, pool & jacuzzi. Fantastic facilities with a fantastic vibe around the hotel. And the decor - wow!

This is a family run hotel, which has been given a wonderfully stylish facelift and which is now very comfortable. It benefits from being in Morzine, with easy access to all Morzine’s facilities and it has great facilities to help enjoy the stay, including a good sized swimming pool, a large hot tub, a steam room and a sauna. The hotel’s breakfast are a particular feature offering a wide variety to a consistently high standard. The dining room also doubles as the Bertie restaurant, which serves regional and popular staples to a very high standard. Probably the best thing about this hotel though are its friendly staff, who are both welcoming and knowledgeable!
The rooms are a bit quirky and somewhat small, with lighting a bit difficult in parts. However, this in no way detracted from the overall enjoyment of our stay and we plan to return.

From check in to our departure this place was faultless. Breakfast and evening meals are amazing the staff’s attention to detail and the facilities will exceed your expectations. If you’re visiting Morzine stay here, trust me you’ll be blown away.
