Fantastic and totally want to return

The location is second to none. The room was excellent. The friendliness of the male member is staff ( I’m so so sorry I can’t remember his name but think he was the owner) was above and beyond and so accommodating.

The hot tub that we were so excited about was out of action for our last two days and we were only there for 4! Very disappointed as when it was rubbing it was superb. The female staff member ( again so sorry, don’t know her name or position) who was supposed to be serving us for breakfast didn’t even try to ask us for our breakfast options. We had to go and ask for coffee and hot options and I have to say she wasn’t impressed or happy when we did ask. As the days went on she improved somewhat but, I didn’t like to ask for anything and that’s including what was supposed to be included. Also, the wine prices are quite high but to be fair the wine was excellent.

Fantastic ski experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly loved the atmosphere. The people and the owners are absolutely amazing — so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. I was traveling alone and felt incredibly comfortable and welcome the whole time. Everyone was so helpful, which meant a lot to me, especially since this was my very first ski trip. The food was delicious, the beds were super soft and cozy, and everything just felt easy and pleasant. The ski-to-door option was fantastic — even as a complete beginner, I found it very convenient and enjoyable. Overall, such a lovely experience. I felt taken care of and had a great time. Highly recommended!

Not a negative at all, just a small note for first-time guests: during winter the hotel can only be reached by cable car. As a beginner, I didn’t fully realize this in advance, although it turned out to be very convenient and not an issue at all. Perhaps this could be highlighted a bit more in the description for newcomers.

A charming chalet-style hotel with perfect location for ski-in/ski-out. Friendly owners/staff and very good all-round service/options : breakfast/dinner, sauna/jacuzzi.

Delightful, just what we needed

Great location for ski to door. Staff were brilliant. Can’t fault anything. Hot tub was a real treat too!

Access up and down the mountain was on Free public transport so you had to know your time table.

Hôtel à taille humaine, cachet particulier, séjour au top, je recommande vivement, ma fille aussi !

Qualité d'accueil et disponibilité du personnel. Parking gratuit juste à côté de l'hôtel. Ski Room au top. Situation idéale en bordure des pistes. Sauna agréable, je n'ai pas essayé le spa mais il donnait envie ! Ma fille de 10 ans a adoré la salle de jeux. Et surtout, nous avons particulièrement bien mangé (souper, petit-déjeuner et déjeuner) avec des produits régionaux bien sélectionnés. La chambre était aussi très belle et la literie confortable. Donc merci et à bientôt !

J'ait tout apprécié. Juste une recommandation : La température du sauna différait d'environ 20 degrés entre le thermomètre intérieur et l'indication digitale du tableau de commande. Il faudrait peut-être recalibrer le système. Une protection autour du poêle à sauna s'impose pour éviter les risques de brûlures, ce d'autant que des enfants sont venus dans le sauna (accompagnés d'un parent).

Hotel parfait au Gets

Hotel familial en dehors du centre des Gets. Très calme et cosy! Nous y sommes allées après notre Trail, à 10min en voiture mais possibilité d'utiliser des navettes gratuites. Parking disponible Equipe souriante , à l'écoute et flexible chambre très calme. Le PDJ était très bon avec des produits de qualités, possibilité de demander des œufs, bacon et haricots au chef! Utilisation du jacuzzi et sauna avec prêt de peignoir! Je recommande cet hotel à taille humaine au pied des pistes!
