Fantastic location with a lovely garden and ease stroll into the town. Great hosts and marvellous breakfasts

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was perfect and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. They were also very accommodating of our dog, even giving him ice cubes to help him manage in the summer heat, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Our room on the top floor was very hot, however it was a heatwave and a fan was provided, so the staff really did try to make us more comfortable.

The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful regarding places to visit in the area.
The accommodation was lovely and well maintained. The location was beautiful overlooking the River Wye and you were
able to enjoy the views from the hotel garden. Finally, the breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of options to choose from. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends without any hesitation.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river which was spotlessly clean and well appointed with tea/coffee making facilities, well thought out storage space, a fan and nice fluffy towels. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful and there was lots of information available about the local area which we used. The breakfast choice was excellent and well cooked and presented. We spent some pleasant hours in the garden which overlooks the river and also walked into Ross along the river path several times (takes approx. 15 minutes).
There was nothing we didn't like!
