Room I chose was small but price reflects this and was value for money. Everything super clean Lovely view from window.. quiet location with walks on doorstep by the river. Suited my needs and would book again.
Nothing to not like.

Location. Comfy bed. Parking outside (though this is only if available). Clean room. Nice bedding.
For me it was just the smell of cigarette smoke. It was quite strong in the ground floor. I put a pillow by my door to stop it permeating the room. I have a sensitive nose. Some people might not be bothered by this in which case I'd recommend the place as it is clean and comfortable. But it was an issue for me.
