Our bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast had plenty of hot and cold buffet choices. The location was very good, being close to an underground station and restaurants, and our room overlooked a grassy courtyard
There were no outlets near the bed. The pedal for the bathroom trash can didn't work, which required me to bend and lift the lid. The glass shelf below the bathroom mirror wasn't at 90 degrees, causing things to slide into the sink. The elevator was very small, requiring patience if you had luggage. Only one person could fit.

Breakfast options were great; room was clean and comfortable with bedding arrangements matching the request; slightly earlier check-in was granted by the staff; parking for car was out the back, although a separate known charge

Location is perfect, few minutes away from Earls Court station!! Great breakfast. Large room for London.
Very outdated; although very clean, bathroom looks dirty. Little air in the room. Heavy and noisy doors.
