    The room allotted was super old. Entire floor board was creaking every time you took a step anywhere in the room. So if my child was asleep we were confined to stay in bed as well as the noise was loud and would wake her. Bathroom was old and dated. Please carry laundry detergent if you need to do a load they do not provide. Overall cleanliness was fine.

    Good location with nice, quiet room. Bed OK. Staff helpful responding to requests, concierge knowledgeable. Would give 5 stars, but number of minor issues noted. Elevator provided only partial service for some floors, modest size shower had to be monitored frequently while using to keep water from escaping, floor was noisy ( refinishing would be nice). Curtains a bit dusty (albeit London air). Would come again if offered a good rate.

    I really appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the Tube, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated a good-sized dining table with dining chairs, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It also featured a well-equipped kitchen area, complete with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and sink, making it convenient for preparing and cleaning up meals. While the room was functional and comfortable, the décor and furnishings felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some refurbishment to give the space a fresher, more modern feel. One downside was the lack of soundproofing between rooms, as noise and movement from neighbouring rooms or even rooms from above could be heard quite easily. Lastly, I did not mind that then room was at the basement as london was experiencing heatwave that week and the basement room was rather cooling.
