    Having booked a standard double bed room, there are all the facilities we need, especially good air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, luggage storage and lift. If you have young children or elderly, be cautious when using the bathtub as there is no handle, rather slippery. It is easy to find the Underground Station (Exit B is for wheelchair) and bus stops near the apartment. There is direct line to Heathrow Airport, although no air conditioning, it would not take too long. Burger King opens until 5:00 in the morning.

    1) Very close to Earl’s Court Station (Exit B). There are trains & tubes to Heathrow Airport). We can use lifts and ramp with heavy luggage. 2) There is a bus stop just opposite Earl’s Court Station. 14mins to Natural History Museum. 3) M&S food store is just next to the station. Few mins walk to Sinsbury’s supermarket from the hotel. 4) The hotel rooms are big enough for 4-5 ppl. The kitchen has almost everything we need except oil, Salt and pepper. Yet, there are some small supermarkets and pubs. 5) Bathtub is a bit dangerous and slippery for older people or kids. It’s better to have handle besides the bathtub, 4) it is difficult to ask for maintenance team. The light bugs were still out in the corridor after few days. 5) They provide daily housekeeping and empty the rubbish bins every day. There are big fridge, dishwasher and washing machine in the room. 6) Highly recommend if sb looking for hard floor and strong air conditioning !

    My 3rd stay at these apartments,can't fault them. Staff very pleasent and location is the best we wiill be back .
