    Travelled from Australia twice, stayed there twice and can’t wait for trip 3. Just love how every room is unique and not a carbon copy. The team are fabulous and the food was great. Love the vibe!!!

    Staying at St Paul Hotel in London is like being a guest at an elegant estate from Britain's storied history. A small, serene park adjoins the lovely brick buildings of the hotel to create an oasis of calm and coziness in the heart of vibrant Hammersmith. An exceptional value and highly recommended.

    Staff were very friendly the room was spotlessly clean unfortunately the bed was so comfy I missed breakfast but would visit again.

    First appearance very nice hotel, but the service has a lot to be desired, especially at breakfast. We were asked to wait while a table was relaid which was fine, but when we were told it was ready it was just pointed out at the bottom of the restaurant, asked if we wanted tea or coffee then basically ignored. Had to ask for cutlery, took ages to get a spoon. The staff then "disappeared ". I had to find glasses for juice. The choice of breakfast buffet was poor, we were not told there was a choice of cooked breakfast until later when I found a menu. When a member of staff reappeared I asked for toast and was asked if we wanted "toasted bread"!!! When it arrived it was basically warm bread. When we "checked out" we weren't asked how was our stay and left very disappointed..
