We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The hotel is in a great location, right above a train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The city center is only two stops away, so it was easy to explore Vienna while staying in a quieter area.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service really made us feel at home.

From the stellar staff to an unbelievable breakfast, we loved every minute. We would have apply stayed for a couple more weeks!

The location is very good, next to the subway. the room clean service is good
We requested in advance that we not stay in the corner or at the end of the corridor, but we were still assigned to these two places. After checking in, we found that the room types were very limited. The room was damp, and so was the quilt. I felt uncomfortable. If you stay for a long time, you will only be given one bottle of drinking water. The elevator is small and very slow. In addition, some rooms in the building are under renovation, which is also very noisy.
