Stuff in reception was so kind and supportive.
Bathroom is separated than shower place and other hotels in Vienna are not separated.

Good staff, nice room
Even though it says that there is parking, you need to pay extra. It’s ok, but I was very confused when they informed me about extra payment

The location is perfect, walking distance from the main places in the city center. The restaurant (breakfast) team was really nice and profissional.
The room was not very confortable mainly due to the fact that the toilette was not as showed in the picture by the time of the reservation. No shower cabinet or tub. It looked like a room prepared for wheel chair (very good) but it should be mentioned by the time of reservation to allow the choice. Also, no minibar available.
