Convenient location, helpful personnel, good rooms.
No air conditioning. Very small (Euro) elevator / lift— but that you can’t change. AC you can. Fans are fine, but in +35-37 heat wave, they just don’t cut it.

The apartment was very clean and very conveniently located to the city centre. The staff were very helpful and delightful.

The room was clean and the location is fantastic for access to the metro and for walking into the centre or locally.
I cannot recommend the pension in summer months. The rooms have no aircon and I was there when it was quite hot (up to ~34 degs) and, for me, the most important thing about any hotel is to get a good night's sleep. I struggled with that due to the temperature. There was a fan but even so it was not so comfortable for me. In cooler months would be fine. There is a single, old, slow lift and the reception is on floor 8.
