The room was air conditioned,spacious and soundproof. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a superb range of food, and staff were great and very efficient.
There was a supply of flavoured cold water in the reception area, which was very welcomed after a day's sightseeing

Very clean, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast (vegans ask for soy yogurt/oat milk, they have in kitchen for you), excellent location. We liked the older decor style mixed with updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Easy to walk to lots of places and good transit nearby. Location was quiet but just off the busier area. Close to a nice grocery store and good restaurants.
We liked everything. Keep your expectation for a solid mid range older hotel.

The breakfast was great and the location was handy to transport hubs for getting around.
The curtains in the room were far too small for the actual window size, and the bed wasn't that comfortable. While the kitchen and cleaning staff were always helpful and friendly, the staff on the reception desk not so much - and a smile costs nothing.
