    Stayed here during our Vienna trip. Overall the hotel is good value for money with solid facilities, and the location is hard to beat — the underground station is literally 3-4 meters from the hotel door, incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The staff deserve a special mention — very cooperative, kind, and easy-going throughout our stay. A couple of small things worth improving: the shampoo provided left my hair feeling a bit dry (might just be my hair type, but worth a look), and the AC felt relatively warm at times despite being a centralized HVAC system. Overall a good stay — great location and lovely staff made up for the minor niggles.
