The proximity to public transport and the facilities in the room
The staff need to reply promptly to messages, especially when I needed the door and key locker codes arriving after midnight. I had to ask booking. Com to contact them. It was very worrying. Also a small amount of tea and coffee sachets and especially a couple of milk sachets would be very appreciated if arriving after local shops have closed.

Good location with tram stop just outside the hotel. Bird song in the hotel public spaces. Open air roof terrace. Spacious room/mini apartment.
Only having one tiny chocolate slab as a welcome gift (in a room for two people). In the same way, only having one coffee capsule for the in-room coffee machine. I asked for another at the reception and was told it would cost an extra €2,50. To be fair, there was free coffee at the machines in the reception but these weren't working whenwe wanted to use them on a few occasions.
